For which transports can I use Brenger?

Brenger guarantees the transport of furniture and other medium-sized items to and from the Benelux and Germany, as long as it falls within our general terms and conditions. For example, do you buy a dining table via Marktplaats from someone on the other side of the country, or do you want to send a piece of furniture to a friend or acquaintance, but you don't have the time to arrange it yourself? Then Brenger is the perfect solution. If you have a special transport, you can place it without obligation; you only pay when a courier responds.

Some transports are not guaranteed. These transport requests cannot be paid for in advance and are not covered by our damage insurance:

• The transport contains one or more items larger than 400x180x160 cm;
• The total volume of the transport is greater than 5 m³;
• The total weight of the item(s) is more than 200 kg;
• The transport is to a waste station;
• It involves food;
• It involves a trailer or piano;
• It involves an organism (plants/animals);
• The transport is outside the standard transport area: the Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands), Belgium, and Germany.

Because these exceptions do not fall within our concept, we cannot guarantee that a courier will respond to such a transport request. However, we often manage to find a courier. This is just not the case for transports heavier than 200 kg. You cannot place a transport for this because the couriers cannot transport it.
