What are flexible transports?

For long-distance transports, we don't plan your transport on a fixed date, but within a flexible date range. That way, couriers can combine transports more efficiently, to keep your transport both affordable and sustainable. 

Why can't I select a fixed date and time? 

These types of transports are harder to combine and therefore schedule. That's why you cannot choose an exact date. We offer your transport on multiple days via our platform. This way, a courier can match it with other transports.

When will I know the exact date?

At least 3 days in advance, you'll receive an email confirming the exact transport date. 

When will I know the expected time of arrival?

The evening before your transport has been scheduled, we'll send you the courier's estimated arrival time. The delivery will take place between 08:00 and 21:00, and you'll get an expected time window on when the courier will arrive.

Where can I find updates?

You'll receive a confirmation email at least 3 days before your transport has been scheduled. It includes the date and expected arrival time. Once available, you'll also get a link to your tracking page in that email, where you can follow the status of your transport.
