Schedule your transport: Choose your pick-up and delivery moment

When you book your transport, we’ll ask you to choose a date for pickup and delivery of your item(s).


What's the pick-up date?

This is the day the courier comes by to collect and deliver your item. 


How do I choose the correct date? 

Always discuss this with the contact person at the pickup location first before you choose the date. That way, you're sure someone is present to hand over the item to the courier and help with carrying if needed. 


Can I choose the date myself? 

Yes, you cab. The earlier and more flexible you plan your transport, the earlier it is for us to organise an efficient and sustainable delivery. 


Any restrictions for long distances?

Yes. For transports over 150 km you can't select a 4-hour time window. These longer routes are harder to schedule, and therefore your transport will be plannen between 08:00 and 18:00. The evening before your transport, you'll receive the estimated arrival time of the courier. 


Please note: 

For distances over 200 km, you can't selected a fixed pick-up or delivery date. These are planned as flexible transports.
