Are the items guaranteed to be delivered if I place a transport request?

All transport requests within the Netherlands (except for the Wadden Islands), Belgium and Germany are guaranteed to be delivered within 7 working days of the initially booked transport day. However, it can occasionally happen that we have not been able to find a courier for your transport. In that case, our customer service will contact you to reschedule your transport.


Some transports are not guaranteed. These transport requests cannot be paid for in advance and are not covered by our damage insurance:


  • The transport contains one or more items larger than 400x180x160 cm;
  • The total volume of the transport is greater than 5 m³;
  • The total weight of the item(s) is more than 200 kg;
  • The transport is to a waste station;
  • It involves food;
  • It involves a trailer or piano;
  • It involves an organism (plants/animals);
  • The transport is outside the standard transport area: the Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands), Belgium, and Germany.


Because these exceptions do not fall within our concept, we cannot guarantee that a courier will respond to such a transport request. However, we often manage to find a courier. This is just not the case for transports heavier than 200 kg. You cannot place a transport for this because the couriers cannot transport it.
