Are my items insured during transport?

All items sent via Brenger are insured against damage and theft up to €500 during transport from front door to front door. Damage indoors when the courier lifts the items or helps with lifting is not covered. Also, damage to glass, stone or food or damage during transport that is not covered by our warranty (larger than 400x180x160cm or heavier than 200kg or items or that have to be loaded and unloaded with equipment) is not insured. In case of damage, we ask you to contact us immediately by telephone and send photos of the damaged items, a description of the damage and proof of the repair costs and/or purchase value to info@ brenger.nl. Brenger reimburses the repair costs as set out in the quotation from a professional restorer, up to a maximum of the purchase value of the product.
