Can I change the date/time of my Vinted delivery or cancel the shipment?

Scheduling the date

On Vinted, the seller has 14 working days to ship the item. After payment for the purchase and shipping, the buyer and seller can schedule a delivery date. Shipping must take place within 13 days of purchase. If the item is not collected by Brenger within this deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled and the full purchase amount and shipping fee will be refunded.


Changing the date

Would you like to change something about the delivery (such as the pick-up address, delivery address, or delivery date)? You can do this via the Brenger tracking page or by contacting Brenger or Vinted Go customer service. Changes can only be made if they fall within the service agreement between Brenger and Vinted Go, and if the change is communicated by the seller or buyer according to the terms. Any extra costs or consequences will be communicated to you by or through Vinted Go.


Cancelling

Want to cancel the Brenger delivery as a buyer or seller? This must always be done through Vinted Go. Brenger cannot accept cancellations directly from users. Vinted Go will review the cancellation request and handle the process, including any refund of shipping costs.
