Can I change my booking or contact details, or add extra services?
Updated at: 2026-04-15 11:06Via the tracking page, the main booker (and in some cases the contact persons) can make changes themselves. What can be changed depends on whether a courier has already been assigned. You’ll find the link to the tracking page in your confirmation email.
What can be changed?
As long as no courier has been assigned yet, the main booker can add the following services. The availability depends on the item:
- Adjust the number of items and their dimensions
- Add a second courier
- Add a tailgate / pallet jack
- Add a floor level
- In some cases, it’s also possible to change the transport date. If available, you’ll see this option on the tracking page.
In addition, the main booker and the contact persons at the pickup and delivery location can always:
- Add extra instructions (such as location details)
- Update or complete contact details (name, email address, phone number)
What cannot be changed?
The pickup or delivery address cannot be changed. Want to use a different address? Cancel the booking and create a new one.
