Can I change my booking or contact details, or add extra services?
Updated at: 2026-01-26 17:30Yes, that is possible - partly. Via the tracking page, the main booker (and to some extent the contact persons as well) can make adjustments themselves. Exactly what can be changed depends on whether a courier has already been assigned. You can find the link to the tracking page in your confirmation email.
What can be changed?
As long as no courier is assigned yet, the main booker can add the following services (availability depends on the item):
- Add a second courier
- Add a tailgate / pallet jack
- Add a floor level
In addition, the main booker and the contact persons at the pickup and delivery location can always:
- Add extra instructions (e.g. delivery notes, location info)
- Update or complete contact details (name, email, phone number)
What cannot be changed?
- Item(s): quantity and dimensions
- The pickup or delivery address
- The date and time of the transport
- Adding extra services once a courier has been assigned
Want to change the address, date or items?
Cancel the booking and create a new one.
