How do I report fraud or a phishing attempt?

At Brenger we take payment fraud very seriously. Your report helps us to ensure the quality and security of our platform.

Phishing attempts often use misleading tactics to tempt users to share sensitive information. Be careful when dealing with emails, websites or messages that ask for personal information or financial information. Brenger will never request such information via WhatsApp or other unsafe channels.

This is how to report phishing or fraud

• Report a fraud attempt simply through the online form. 

Other steps you may take:

• Take a screenshot of the conversation and/or the received URL and share it with us via chat or mail to info@brenger.nl. With this information, we will report the domain on your behalf.
• "Report" and then "block" the numbers that contacted you via WhatsApp. These are functions in WhatsApp.
• Report phishing to the Dutch police.
• Report the phishing attack to Marktplaats.
