Do I need to verify my information when receiving or making a payment?

You never have to give your account number to Brenger or the buyer.


  • After the buyer has booked the transport and made the payment, you will receive a confirmation email from noreply@brenger.nl or noreply@brengermail.nl.
  • The first time you sell a product and have it paid and transported through Brenger, we ask you to verify your account number/identity by transferring € 0,01 to Online Payment Platform/Foundation (https://www.onlinebetaalplatform.nl).
  • You will receive a payment link for this. Beware of fraud attempts! The e-mail with the payment link always comes from noreply@brenger.nl or noreply@brengermail.nl,
  • Invitations to confirm/verify the payment via other channels, such as WhatsApp, SMS, Telegram or email addresses that do not come from noreply@brenger.nl of noreply@brengermail.nlmay indicate phishing. Always report such attempts to Brenger or the police.
