How does it work if I want to have an auction purchase delivered?

Step 1: Check the price and book your transport

• Enter the pickup and delivery addresses.
• Select the correct auction or choose "Another auction" if it's not available.
• Add your items by describing the lot and matching it with an item from the list (or manually add your item). Check and adjust the dimensions and add a photo.
• Choose the appropriate pickup day according to the auction information on the invoice and specify the auction's opening hours. Select a time slot (minimum of four hours).
• Select the necessary loading assistance based on the weight. Book additional handling help for heavy items and a tailgate with a pallet truck if the weight is over 50 kg.
• Provide your contact information, pickup and delivery addresses, and the auction address. Enter any specific pickup instructions.
• Upload the invoice as a PDF file that you received upon winning your lot. The courier will need this.
• Pay for your transport.

Step 2: We keep you informed

• After payment, Brenger will assign a professional courier to your transport.
• The evening before the transport day, you will receive the exact time slot and contact details of the courier. This allows you to stay in touch and ensure a smooth and efficient transport process.

Step 3: The day of your transport

• The courier will pick up the items and deliver them within the agreed time slot.
• If you have questions about the delivery on the transport day, refer to the provided answers.
• You can track the courier and stay updated on the progress of the transport through the live tracking feature.
• If the courier is delayed, for example, due to traffic, they will make an effort to keep you informed.
• Once the items have been delivered, confirm receipt, and the courier will be paid. Finally, you can rate the courier and the service.
