How does the payment work?

Payment for transportation will be made during the final step of the booking process. If the delivery guarantee does not cover your order, payment will be required once a courier has been assigned to your transport. The courier will receive the payment once you have confirmed delivery or if no issues are reported within 24 hours of the agreed delivery date.

You will be directed to the payment portal of Mollie Payments or Online Payment Platform/Foundation to complete the transaction.

In the Netherlands and Belgium, payment options include iDEAL, Apple Pay, Credit Card, SOFORT Banking, Bancontact, Giropay, KBC/CBC Payment Button, Belfius Pay Button, and SEPA Direct Debit.

In Germany, payment options include Credit Card, Apple Pay, Klarna Pay now and Klarna Pay later, PayPal, Giropay, EPS, and SEPA Bank Transfer

We offer Secure Product Payment for purchases made onsecond-hand marketplaces. This option allows you to pay for both transportation and the purchase through Brenger. Read more on how Secure Product Payment works via Brenger.
