How it works:

• Book the transport via Brenger.
• A professional courier collects your purchase from the auction location.
• The courier delivers your purchase to the address provided.

You can book transport via Brenger if all items fall within our service limits and are not included on the list of prohibited items. Once you have booked the transport, Brenger matches it with a suitable professional courier.

Arrange help with lifting when necessary

At an auction location, there is usually nobody available to help the courier lift the items. If an item cannot be lifted safely by one person, make sure you book additional lifting assistance.

You should also check the auction house’s collection conditions in advance. These may include available collection days, opening hours, proof of collection and specific instructions for the courier.

Provide complete and accurate information

When booking, provide complete and accurate information about:

• the number of items;
• the correct product category;
• the dimensions and weight of each item;
• the collection and delivery addresses;
• the collection conditions and any other relevant details.

If, at collection, the information provided turns out to be incorrect, more or different items are presented, or the transport falls outside the service limits, Brenger may refuse or cancel the transport or apply additional charges.
