Can I arrange transportation for my auction purchase through Brenger?

Absolutely! Our couriers regularly transport auction lots from various auction houses, including Troostwijk and Onlineveilingmeester.

How it works:

• You easily book a transport via Brenger
• A professional courier picks up your auction purchase
• We deliver it safely to your home

Good to know:

Auction locations work a little differently. There is usually no one on site to help the courier with lifting.

If your item(s) cannot be lifted by one courier, make sure to book extra help in advance.

When does the delivery guarantee not apply?

Some transports fall outside our delivery guarantee. In these cases, we can’t guarantee that a courier will be able to carry out the transport. For these transports, you can place a non-binding transport request. You’ll only pay once a courier has accepted and can carry out the transport.

Brenger does not offer a delivery guarantee in the following cases:

• One or more items are larger than 400 × 180 × 160 cm
• The total volume of the transport exceeds 5 m³
• The total weight of the items is more than 200 kg
• The transport is to a waste disposal site
• The transport involves food items
• The transport includes a trailer or a piano
• The transport involves living organisms (plants or animals)
• The transport is outside our standard service area: The Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands), Belgium and Germany

Please keep in mind

•  For transports heavier than 200 kg, it’s not possible to place a transport request. Our couriers are unable to transport items of this weight.
• Some items cannot be transported via Brenger. Check the list of prohibited items before booking.
