Can I arrange transportation for my auction purchase through Brenger?

You can easily arrange transportation for your auction purchase through Brenger. Our couriers frequently deliver lots from various auction houses, including Troostwijk and Onlineveilingmeester.

Transports within the Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands), Belgium, and Germany, are guaranteed for delivery.

Some transports are not guaranteed. These transport requests cannot be paid for in advance and are not covered by our damage insurance:

• The transport contains one or more items larger than 400x180x160 cm;
• The total volume of the transport is greater than 5 m³;
• The total weight of the item(s) is more than 200 kg;
• The transport is to a waste station;
• It involves food;
• It involves a trailer or piano;
• It involves an organism (plants/animals);
• The transport is outside the standard transport area: the Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands), Belgium, and Germany.

Because these exceptions do not fall within our concept, we cannot guarantee that a courier will respond to such a transport request. However, we often manage to find a courier. This is just not the case for transports heavier than 200 kg. You cannot place a transport for this because the couriers cannot transport it.
