What if the courier is late for collecting my lot?

If the courier is late for picking up your lot, we will inform you immediately with a phone call. Fortunately, most auctions have a second collection opportunity if you happen to miss the first one.

Please contact the auction house to inform them that the courier service missed the initial collection time and request a new collection time. Once you have a new collection time, you can relay it to our team. Send an email to info@brenger.nl or a chat message with your new collection time, and we will adjust your order for you!
