Should I book an additional mover/ lifting assistance?

During the booking, we'll ask you whether extra moving assistance is needed at the pickup and/or delivery location. 

Usually, the Brenger courier comes alone. Therefore, we ask you to always fill in the correct dimensions of the product, but also to check in advance whether someone will be present to help at both locations.

Note: If the object is too heavy/large for one person and no help is available at the location, the courier may refuse the transport. According to the Arbo law, a courier may lift a maximum of 23kg.

Therefore, always make sure that someone is present at the pickup and delivery address who can assist with lifting or book an additional mover through Brenger. Then the courier will come with an extra person.
