Can I add carry help or other service after the booking has been made?

As long as no courier has been assigned to your transport, you can still add extra services via the tracking page. Click on the Follow your transport button in your confirmation email to access the tracking page. From there, you can click Edit transport to make changes. The availability of services depends on the item being transported.

Floor level

Does your item need to be picked up or delivered on a specific floor? Then select the correct floor level when adjusting your booking.

Lifting help 

You can add lifting help so the courier brings an extra person to assist with lifting.

The courier usually comes alone. If the item is too heavy or large for one person and no help is present or booked, the courier is allowed to refuse the transport and leave the item behind. In that case, always book extra lifting help – the courier will then bring a second person.

Tailgate or pallet jack

Do you have a heavy item? Then you can request a tailgate or pallet jack to assist with loading.
