Can I add carry help or other service after the booking has been made?

You can add extra services after booking your transport. In your confirmation email, you will find a button "View status" which will take you to the tracking page. Here, you can click on "Edit transport" to make adjustments. Please note that some services may require advance notice; read further below.


Specific floor / Elevator Service

It is possible to add floor/elevator service at any time after the booking has been placed.


Please note: the courier usually comes alone and expects someone to help him lift the item to the correct floor. If there is no one to help or if your item is too heavy, make sure to book extra carry help, then the courier will come with an extra person.


Carry help

You can add extra carry help to your booking so that the courier comes with an extra person. This can be added up to 72 hours before the pick-up date via the tracking page.


Tailgate or Pallet truck

You can also indicate if you need a loading ramp or pallet jack. This can be done up to 72 hours before the pick-up date via the tracking page.
