In most cases, yes. Couriers usually come alone. That’s why we ask during booking if extra service such as lifting help is needed at pickup and/or delivery location.

Make sure someone is present at both locations to assist the courier. Or, book carrying help - the courier will then bring a second person.

Also be sure to enter accurate measurements and weight during booking.

If the item turns out to be too heavy or large (over 23 kg) and no one is there to help, the courier may decline the job and leave the item.
