Can it be picked up or delivered at a specific time and/or date?

When booking your transport, you can choose the pickup and delivery date. 

You can then indicate whether you are available all day or select a time slot. It is most affordable and sustainable to select the full day. It gives the courier more flexibility to plan your transport efficiently. The evening before, you'll always receive the expected time of arrival of the courier, regardless of whether you selected the full day or booked a time slot. 

Good to know:

• For transports over 150 km, you can't book a specific time slot.
• For transports over 200 km, you can't select a specific date.
