Which contact details should I enter?

1. Whose details do I enter first?

Start with your own details, as the person who is requesting the transport. That way, we can keep you updated about the transport. 


What are my details used for?

You'll receive booking confirmations and transport updates. 

Are you booking for a business? Select the Business option if you need an invoice with VAT details. The entered information will appear on the invoice. 


2. Who is the contact person at the pickup address?

That's the person who will be present when the courier picks up the item. Enter their name, phone number, and email address.


Why do we need this?

This person will receive a confirmation email about the pickup. The courier will call or text them directly with the estimated time of arrival. 


3. Who is the contact person at the delivery address?

That's the person who will receive the item(s) at delivery. Fill in their name, phone number, and email address as well. 


Don't have the right contact information yet? 

No problem, just enter your own details temporarily, to make sure the courier can at least reach you. You can still update the contact details later after booking. 


Please note: addresses cannot be changed after booking. 

Only the name of the contact person, the phone number, and the email address can be changed after booking. 


Tip: 

Always check if all contact details are complete and correct. That way, your transport runs smoothly and the courier knows who to contact.
