I have additional directions for the courier. Where can I add these?

During the booking of transport

When booking your transport, you can add extra instructions for the courier in the instructions box. Think of directions to the location, information about parking, or accessibility of your pick-up and delivery location.


After the booking of transport

In your confirmation email, you will find a button View status that takes you to the tracking page. Here, you can click Edit transport to make changes. You can provide instructions for the courier in the instructions box.


Please note that the instructions field is only intended for details that cannot be specified elsewhere in the booking. Carrying help and floors must be provided in the designated fields. Changes to dates, time slots, items, and locations must be communicated to a customer service representative.
