I have additional directions for the courier. Where can I add these?

You will find a button with View request in your payment confirmation mail that will take you to the Track & Trace page. The edit transport button lets you make changes to your transport. You can add additional directions to the courier in the Instructions field.


Keep in mind that the instruction field is only meant for directions that don't fit anywhere else in the order. Carrying help and floor levels need to be changed in their specific fields. Changes to dates, timeframes, items and locations need to be submitted to our Customer Care department, which you can reach through our chat.
