Can I cancel my transport and what is the cancellation policy?

Sometimes things don’t go as planned. The main booker can cancel the transport via the tracking page. The courier or Support team of Brenger can also cancel the transport – in consultation with the main booker.


Refund policy when cancelling

The main booker can cancel the transport via the tracking page. Depending on when you cancel, you may receive a full or partial refund:


Important to know

Has a courier already been assigned? Then cancellation fees apply. This fee goes to the courier, since they had already scheduled your transport. The remaining amount will be refunded to the main booker’s account within 5 working days.


How much will you get back?


Cancelling is free until a courier is assigned or up to 60 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

  • Up to 60 hours before pickup – 100% refund
  • Up to 24 hours in advance – 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours in advance – 25% refund
