Can I change my delivery day or time?
Updated at: 2023-05-08 15:21Once you have placed your transport, you cannot change the date or timeslot. You can cancel your transport and place it again with the correct data. No worries: if you cancel up to 60 hours before the transport, you will receive a full refund within 5 days.
