How do I add my items correctly?

The better you enter your items, the easier, better (and safer) it is for the courier to take the item(s) with them. 

Here's what to keep in mind: 

How to enter your item: 

List the item as it will actually be transporten by the courier. 

Assembled or diassembled?

Is the item disassembled? Mention this in the item title or enter the item parts separately. 

Materials

Wood, glass, or metal? Clarity about the materials are important. This way, we can better estimate the weight, required services and loading or unloading time.

Dimensions

When you select an item, we'll suggest dimensions. Always check the actual dimensions of your item and edit if needed. Don't know the dimensions? Ask the contact person at the pickup address. 

Is your item heavy?

Add extra carrying help or a tailagate at step 5 of the booking. Want to help carrying the item yourself? That's fine, but please make sure there's someone present at both the pickup - and delivery address to help the courier. The courier always brings a furniture dolly. 

Item packaging

You don't have to wrap your item, but extra protection is definitely recommended! Also, make sure loose screws, drawers, or cabinets are secured. That way, it's easier to load and unload the item and less likely to get damaged.

Good to know: 

If your items together weigh more than 200 kg, we unfortunately cannot execute your transport.
