Can I follow my transport and check its status?
Updated at: 2026-01-20 11:15After booking, the main booker and the contacts at both pickup and delivery locations receive a confirmation email with a link to the tracking page. There you can follow the transport and see the current status and estimated arrival time.
Here’s how it works:
- Booking confirmed: Main booker gets an email with booking details and a link to the tracking page.
- Matching a courier: Brenger assigns a suitable courier. Until one is assigned, the main booker can make certain changes via the tracking page.
- Transport scheduled: Once assigned, the courier starts planning their route. The main booker and both contact persons receive a confirmation email.
- Expected timeframe: The evening before transport, an email is sent with the estimated time of arrival. You can always track the live status via the tracking page.
- Item(s) picked up: The pickup contact ensures the item is ready in the right location, per booked service.
- Item(s) delivered: The delivery contact ensures a smooth handover. If no lifting help was booked, they must assist the courier.
- Confirm delivery: The receiver checks if the item is complete and undamaged and confirms via the tracking page. All parties can rate the courier afterwards.
