How do I know what time the courier will arrive?

We’ll keep you informed every step of the way. Here’s what to expect:

• The evening before your transport, the main booker and all contacts will receive an email with the estimated time of arrival for both pickup and delivery.
• The courier usually calls about 30 minutes before arrival so everyone can prepare.
• Got specific instructions (e.g. “use back entrance”)? Add them on the tracking page.
• Want to contact the courier? From 2 hours before the estimated time, you can send a message or call via the tracking page. Couriers may be driving or loading/unloading, so they’ll respond when they can.
