What if the courier arrives and no one is there?

Sometimes couriers arrive and find no one there - which is frustrating for everyone. Here’s what happens:

No one present within the scheduled time window?

The courier will first try to call the pickup or delivery contact.

After 2 call attempts and 15 minutes of waiting

If they can't reach anyone or hand over the item(s), they’ll leave. The transport may be cancelled or, in consultation, a second attempt may be scheduled.

Missed appointment costs

Courier receives 75% of the fee as a call-out charge

Main booker is refunded 25%

A second delivery attempt may incur extra costs
