I want to speak to my courier. How do I get in touch?

You can find the contact details of your courier on the status page of your transport (see confirmation email). You will be able to access the telephone number two hours before the start of the timeslot communicated by the courier. Do you want to contact the courier earlier than two hours in advance? Then you can send him or her a message via the same page.
