What happens if the courier arrives and no one is present?

If a courier encounters a closed door, he or she will contact the contact person at the stop. If contact is unsuccessful after two attempts, the courier will continue after 15 minutes of waiting, and the order will be cancelled. The courier will receive 75% of the reward as call-out costs, and you will receive a refund of 25% of your payment.
