My transport is tomorrow but I haven’t received any emails. What’s going on?

Don’t worry! Many couriers on Brenger plan their routes shortly in advance.

Once a courier is assigned and the schedule is confirmed, you’ll automatically receive an email with the estimated arrival time.

In rare cases, we can’t find a suitable courier in time. If there’s still no match on the day of transport, our Support Team will contact you to reschedule.
